As of 16th of December 2022, Dairy farm assistants, bus and coach drivers, and home carers now eligible for employment permits.
Minister Damien English TD, Minister of State for Business, Employment and Retail, has announced changes to the employment permit system for workers from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to address skills shortages in Ireland’s Dairy , Transport and Home Care Sectors.
