Irish Registration Permit ( IRP) card Renewal application over the coming Christmas
The Minister is urging the non-EEA applicants in the State and who are planning to travel over the Christmas holiday period to submit a renewal application by 31st of October 2023. This is due to the high volume of applications for renewal of permission.
The current processing time is about 6 weeks. However, the Immigration Service Registration Office Burgh Quay cannot guarantee that any renewal after 31 October will be processed, and the IRP card delivered on time.
