On 24th of October 2024, Digital Contact Centre ( DCC) for immigration was launched by the Department of Justice.
The DCC is a self-service portal that will enable immigration service users to book and amend first time registration appointments replacing the need for them to call a contact centre to arrange appointments for first time registrations.
This also allows users to:
- Book a first-time registration appointment (no more call option available unlike before)
- Submit applications to the Department of Justice (i.e. Reactivation, Change of Status)
- Check the status of existing applications
- Submit queries and communicate with all immigration divisions(replaces individual emails for each)
- ISD/INIS website still used to renew IRP cards, apply for citizenship and others.
